Toggles off a Group ID by comparing Item ID to Target Count.

Behavior

Toggles on and spawns Group ID if Activate Group is selected.

The comparison options are:

• Equals: $Item=TargetCount$
• Larger: $Item>TargetCount$
• Smaller: $Item<TargetCount$
